Jeremy hearts Elizabeth | Sanderling Resort Wedding
Jeremy and Elizabeth were married this past weekend at the Sanderling Resort in Duck, located on the Outer Banks of NC. The girls had their hair and nails done across the street at the Sanderling's fantastic spa. Elizabeth finished getting ready over at the resort in the south wing, her room over looking the ocean. She had the prettiest off-white dress and creamy satin ribbon sash. Mom and sis helped with all the lacing required in the back. It definitely wasn't one of those faux hidden zipper deals.
The couple had no 'first look' so Elizabeth was mega excited to see Jeremy's face once he got a good look at her. She was all smiles as she made her way down the aisle with her mom and dad. Rev. Jay Bowman did an awesome job officiating the ceremony held on the lawn of the event house.
Sugar Snap Events made Elizabeth's bouquet with fresh mint and freesia and the smell was heavenly! They also made the table decor with the brides lime and navy colors using 175 real limes.
The couple's pooch Baxter escorted the groom down the aisle, but he was none too happy about being handed off during the ceremony. He wimpered the whole time and made his way up to mom and dad. He got plenty of snuggles from his parents after the ceremony.
DJ, Scott Franson had everyone shaking on the dance floor and the little ones had the most fun! Almost all of them made it through the reception. He also had fun light to get everyone in the party mood.
Just outside the Event House is a great gas firepit! Lots of guest gathered around during the fair November night to sit and chat and keep warm.
Elizabeth and Jeremy took a little break during their reception to have a s'mores break! What a sweet ending to the evening!
We wish you many, many years of happiness!
